Scope - The scope for this Work Group includes developing and distributing industry-level
communications focused on raising the level of understanding of Check 21 and Image Exchange
processes and issues that have been encountered. The Communications Work Group will identify
communication and education needs, distribute recommendations from Operating Practices and IQA
Work Groups.
Objectives and Deliverables - This Work Group will develop and document the following practices:
Collect and publish volume data to illustrate 'electronification' movement
Promote 'Image Exchange' video and other messages regarding an image-based clearing environment
