Scope - The scope for this Work Group includes evaluating legal issues in the creation,
collection and return of Substitute Checks and Image Exchange. The Legal Work Group will
aid in the understanding of how Check 21 and Image Exchange operating and business processes
impact the legal environment. This includes reviewing current regulations, rules and other agreements.
